California River of Life University (CRLU) is an international Christian institution committed to raising leaders who are academically excellent, spiritually grounded, and equipped to transform communities around the world.
Our programs combine academic excellence with Christian values, leadership development, innovation and practical training to prepare graduates for ministry, business, education, and public service.

To educate, equip and train men and women to build up the church, body of Christ, and making disciples to go into the world to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. (Mathew 28:18-20).

To raise Disciples of Christ all over the world. Mathew 28:18-20. Welcome to California River of Life University – CRLU University.
Since 2018, our main campus has been located in California, USA.
From there, God has expanded our work to raise leaders across the nations. Today we are grateful
to have active campuses in Africa and Europe, reaching students who are called to serve in the church,
community, and marketplace.
Our Foundation: Three Core Values
California River of Life University is built on three unshakable pillars:
- Highest Spirituality – We are a Spirit-led institution. Everything we do is rooted in prayer, the Word, and the presence of God.
- Highest Passion – We pursue God and excellence with wholehearted devotion. We believe in leaders who burn for Christ and for people.
- Highest Knowledge – We are committed to sound doctrine and academic excellence that prepares ministers and professionals to be effective in their calling.
We strongly believe that education for church ministers is vital. Even Jesus Christ Himself grew in wisdom and stature before He began His public ministry. We are regulated and lincenced by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, California - U.S.A to offer degrees in Divinity, Theology, and Christian Education. Our mandate is to equip called men and women with both anointing and training for lasting impact.
A Place of Prayer: River of Life Prayer Mountain
In obedience to God, we have established the River of Life Prayer Mountain on Lake Wamala in Mityana District, Uganda. Our vision is for it to be like the River of Galilee in the Bible – a place of prayer, retreat, healing, and encounter for students, alumni, and the Body of Christ across Africa and beyond.
The Future: CRLU Fraternity As we grow, I am excited to announce my intention to formulate the CROL Fraternity – a global family for all our alumni. This fraternity will bring all our students together, support their local churches and ministries, and organize conventions in the future for fellowship, training, and kingdom advancement. You are not just graduating from a school. You are joining a family and a movement. Whether you are joining us in California, Africa, or Europe, you are welcome. CRLU exists to raise leaders who are excellent in mind, strong in faith, and pure in heart.
Our calling is simple: to train men and women who will be a River of Life to their churches, communities, and nations.
Holiness Is Expected: At CROL, we believe that academic excellence without holiness is empty.
Holiness is expected of every CROL student.
We are training a generation that will carry both the anointing and the character of Christ.
In our classrooms, online platforms, and on campus, we uphold a culture of prayer, integrity, purity,
and respect for the Word of God.
